Deep Gratitude

Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn’t learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn’t learn a little, at least we didn’t get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn’t die; so let us all be thankful.” Lord Buddha

My Inspired Comment:
Everyone in life has times of trials and tribulations.
And, in the midst of it all perspective is lost and vision is clouded.
One positive habit worthy of cultivation is thinking of something you are grateful for.
That positive thought energy can dispel that of the challenge, and inspire confidence and faith in life.
This technique when correctly applied connects the heart and mind spheres, as indicated in the HeartMath procedure.
